Property Management
While not accepting new property management business at this time, The Davies Company is available for consulting and analysis of income property and owner's management systems. Throughout our real estate careers, we have directly cared for properties and have had personal success with our own investment programs. We have done extensive postgraduate work in real estate and have taught seminars, courses and lectured both locally and state wide.
